Taiwan is well covered by Street View. It has plenty of Chinese text and very little English. Look out for the yellow and black diagonally striped reflectors at the bases of utility poles, which are different from the vertical stripe pattern used in Japan. South Korea can have similar reflectors on utility poles, but Taiwan's reflectors tend to stretch all the way to the ground
