South Korean script is generally fairly easy to detect, with lots of little circles in the characters, more so than other Asian scripts. Most coverage is winter coverage. When comparing to Japan, both countries are very mountainous, but South Koreans drive on the right, unlike the Japanese who drive on the left.

Narrow white plates with black lettering. Occasionally, green plates can be seen on older cars.
