General tips
Turkey is a large country with a varied landscape, and is easiest to tell apart by it's language. Watch out for the 'ç', 'ö', and 'ü' characters, which are very common in Turkish. Turkey's signage is very good, so if you're in Turkey, you're likely to find a sign nearby to tell you where you might be - it's worthwhile learning where the major cities are.Plates
Regular EU-style plates with a blue strip. Turkey's license plate font is a little bolder than the rest of Europe's, which can sometimes be noticable through the blur.Bollards

Turkey is home to ample biomes, ranging from green hills in the far East to arid plains to white rock littered with green bushes in the Southwest around Antalya.Miscellaneous
