Singapore is small, urban, wealthy, and clean. It has black and white striped zebra curbs like those in Indonesia, but there's a lot more English used in Singapore than in Indonesia. Cars and buildings usually look modern and expensive.

Plates can be blue, yellow, or black - sometimes a combination for front and rear plates. Plates are generally full-width.
