Uses a mixture of Cyrillic and Latin alphabets, as does North Macedonia. Serbian license plates have the blue EU strip on all cars, unlike in Macedonia where the strip isn't always there. Outside of the cities, there are lots of small cottage-style houses which can look fairly old.
