Nepal only has coverage of a few streets in Kathmandu besides its trekker coverage. The street coverage is taken from the back of a motorbike with a very low resolution camera, although not as low as the gen 1 Google camera.
Plates
You will rarely see plates since the coverage is very limited, but Nepal uses white plates with red text and a red border.
