Madagascar has very little coverage, and a lot of it is taken on boats around the coast. Madagascar also has distinctive utility poles which can be useful in identifying it if you're on land.
Plates
Some yellow, some black, and some white license plates. Some plates have a thin blue strip on the left, sometimes the strip is green. Fortunately, you don't see Madagascan plates too often, so you probably don't need to remember all that.
