On Geoguessr, Israel includes Palestine. The two countries apparently have some ideological differences, but they share a black Google car with a long visible Antenna on the back. Both Hebrew and Arabic are common, with more Hebrew text visible in the Israeli areas, and more Arabic in the West Bank. Israel has yellow plates with a blue strip on the left, whereas Palestine has white plates.
