Egypt doesn't have much coverage, so there's no car or bollard meta. Common trekker spots that come up are the Sphinx and the Pyramids of Giza, which are south of Giza, which is just southwest of Cairo. Occasionally there's coverage in the Citadel of Qaitbay, which is in Egypt's more northern city Alexandria.
