General tips
The Czech Republic, or Czechia as it's called by the locals, is hard to distinguish, particularly from Slovakia. There is a decent amount of gen 4 coverage, which there is none of in Slovakia. Sometimes there is tape visible on the Google car's antenna, but other times there is no tape, or sometimes no antenna at all. If you see an 'ř' or 'ě', you can't be in Slovakia, but you could very well be in the Czech Republic.Plates
Regular EU-style plates with a blue strip.Road signs
Czechian signs usually have a thin outer colour border outside the white border, unlike Slovakian signs where the white border goes right up to the edge of the sign
